February Movie Release Schedule
This breakdown is for films releasing in theaters in February of this year.
This is mostly for films either releasing wide or limited releases to watch out for and hope that your local theater will show. As these things are constantly being updated and tweaked, I may miss something. For streamlined release lists of all films releasing in the U.S., please see here or here.
February 5th
Hellraiser (Fathom Event, limited re-release)
“A woman discovers the newly resurrected, partially formed, body of her brother-in-law and lover. She starts killing for him to revitalize his body and escape the demonic beings that are pursuing him after he escaped their underworld.”
February 7th
Heart Eyes (Wide)

Love Hurts (Wide)

Bring Them Down (Limited)

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone (Fathom Event, limited re-release)

Captain America: Brave New World (Wide)

Paddington in Peru (Wide)

Armand (Limited)
“Armand, a 6-year-old boy, is accused of crossing boundaries against his best friend at elementary school.”
Becoming Led Zeppelin (IMAX only)
“The film traces the journeys of the four members of the Stairway To Heaven rockers through the music scene of the 1960s and their meeting in the summer of 1968, culminating in 1970.”
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Fathom Events, limited re-release)
“Harry Potter lives his second year at Hogwarts with Ron and Hermione when a message on the wall announces that the legendary Chamber of Secrets has been opened. The trio soon realize that, to save the school, it will take a lot of courage.”
2025 Oscar Shorts (Limited)
The below 15 shorts are nominated for the Academy Awards (March 2nd). Keep an eye out for them at the theaters in your area. They are usually shown as a package of five in their particular category, and make for the length of your average film (though this year the documentary five skews a bit long).
